Delete your Omaraty account

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to the Omaraty app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email to techiato2026@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days at most.

What is deleted vs. retained

• Deleted: your sign-in account, name, email, phone number, and notification token.
• Retained: the building's approved financial records (payments and receipts) under a non-active reference identifier — to preserve the other residents' account integrity and for fraud-prevention/legal-compliance. Details in the privacy policy.
